Tai Po Mega Mall - Genki Sushi HK$50 F&B e-voucher
- This voucher is only applicable at outlet at Tai Po Mega Mall.
- Each customer entitles to purchase a maximum of 2 vouchers for the same merchant.
- Customers should collect the printed voucher at Tai Po Mega Mall Zone C Customer Care Centre (2/F, 12nn-9pm) on or before 29 Feb 2024.
- Each voucher can only be used once. Only applicable for dine-in. Excluding Lunch Menu, Tea Menu, walk-in takeaway, online takeaway orders, third-party takeaway platform and festive takeaway sets; 10% service charge is incurred in dine-in consumption and based on the original value. A maximum of 5 vouchers can be used in each transaction.
- This voucher cannot be used for purchase of coupons, vouchers or gift cards.
- All transactions with use of the voucher will not be refunded, exchange for coupons, vouchers or certificates and no change will be given.
- Genki Points can be used but will not be awarded for the whole transaction for Silver and Premium Pass Members
- Cannot be used in conjunction with Genki Sushi coupons, , e-coupons, cash coupons, other promotional offers or discount
- Voucher usage is subject to terms and conditions, please refer to the voucher or merchant for details.
- This voucher will expire after the merchant's business hour on 17 Mar 2024. No refund shall be made.

1. 顾客按「加入」及「确认」后，亦并不代表已预留有关礼券。礼券数量有限，先成功完成付款者先得，售完即止。
2. 交易一经确认，不可作任何修改、取消、退款、转换其他产品、兑换现金或转让。
3. 于此网站购买礼券之消费不可享有「新地美食一站通- 订餐优惠」之HK$20扣减优惠，并不可赚取The Point by SHKP会员积分或参与商场任何推广活动(包括奖赏换领、泊车优惠换领)。
4. 商户礼券只适用于礼券上列明之指定商场分店。
5. 每位顾客最多可购买2张同一商户之礼券。
6. 商户礼券为电子礼券，顾客购买后须于2024年2月29日或之前，于指定领取地点之办公时间内领取，逾期无效，不获补发并不设退款。
7. 顾客成功购买礼券后将收到确认电邮，内附礼券领取之二维码以领取电子礼券。顾客须持有有效电邮地址及连接互联网之设备以取得相关二维码，并于指定地点领取时向商场职员出示有效二维码以领取有效电子礼券。
8. 每张礼券只可使用1次。于商户每次消费交易最多可累积5张礼券同时使用。
9. 礼券结算为等同礼券面值计算。如消费金额高于礼券之面值，须缴付余额。如消费金额低于礼券面值时，余额将不获找续。
10. 礼券不可用作购买商户现金券、礼券、礼品卡或增值。
11. 礼券不得退款、转让、转售、退换、兑换现金或其他现金券、礼券、优惠券、货品及服务。
12. 使用礼券之交易不可于商户要求退款、退换商户现金券或礼券，并不设找续。
13. 礼券有效期至2024年3月17日商户营业时间内，逾期无效并不设退款。商户营业时间不时更新，请向有关商户查询。
14. 礼券使用受条款及细则约束，详情请参阅礼券或向商户查询。
15. 任何因网络问题、系统故障、电话接收问题、被第三方应用程式拦截、顾客提供的资讯不完整、不正确、或遗漏而引致顾客所递交或接收的资料有迟延、遗失、错误或无法辨识等情况，而导致订单未能完成、确认电邮或领取二维码未能送递或订单遭遇问题等情况，新鸿基地产、参与商场及参与商户概不承担任何责任。顾客有义务提供完整、正确与真实的资讯，以便适当处理订单，其中包括您的电邮地址及付款资料。
16. 新鸿基地产及参与商场并非餐饮、货品及服务供应商，故此将不会就有关餐饮、货品及服务承担任何责任。
17. 新鸿基地产代理有限公司、参与商场及商户/供应商保留一切权利，可于任何时间及不时终止或更改上述条款，而无需作出通知。如有任何争议，新鸿基地产代理有限公司、参与商场及商户/供应商保留最终决定权。
